Applications submitted after January 1, 2025, are subject to two new requirements:

• Applicants must have volunteered at two SOTC activities prior to applying

• Of the five GM meetings that applicants must attend, at least two must have been held in-person (not virtually) 

the Process

We are starting to transition from paper application forms to an on-line process. For now, some pieces of the process will move on-line while others will remain old-school.  Please be patient, and read the instructions carefully.

How to Submit the Application Form

To download the application form, click  here.  The form is a fillable PDF file. Use Adobe Reader or Google Drive to fill it out (or print it out and complete it by hand).

You can submit the form in one of three ways:

• Fill it out on line, save it, and email it to the Membership Chair before your fourth meeting
• Fill out a paper copy by hand, scan it to a PDF file, and email it to the Membership Chair before your fourth meeting
• Fill out a paper copy by hand and hand it to the Membership Chair at your fourth meeting (possible only during in-person meeting season)
